| Description: | Leading Entertainment company is looking for and Online Agency Sales Account Manager to sell online advertising and advertorials to its agency clients. This is a great job! - the brand virtualy does the work for you! You will need at least 12 months experience of selling online advertising to agencies, coupled with a creative instinct to have input on advertorial campaigns. Salaries are upto £35K basic plus commission etc. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To be the expert and first point of contact for all agencies with online activity To know all about the agency business and be responsible for the forecasting of the revenue across agency portfolio Owning the process from approval to booking of the campaign and ensuring the campaign is delivered Establish and maintain good relationships with relevant agency personnel Act with the Head of Online and Sales Manager in identifying and addressing potential business Liaise with commercial team to ensure all media is in keeping with Digital offering and supports wider objectives Ensure systems and processes are consistent with those approved by Senior Management Work with the Head Of Online to manage all aspects of agency analysis and be prepared at any time for deal negotiations A full understanding of past, current and future new media market conditions To be responsible for selling on-line investment opportunities through the media placements available EXPERIENCE · Must have a minimum of 12 months experience of online sales agencies · Must have existing relationships and contacts with all agencies with online responsibility · Achieving / Exceeding revenue targets · Administration experience · Must have an understanding of all current online placements and delivery mechanisms PERSONALITY Self Starter Proven Sales Ability Ability to manage effective relationships internally /externally (with agencies) Excellent communication skills Proven negotiation skills Ability to problem solve Organisational skills Administrative skills Tenacious Teamplayer Good sense of humour Willing and positive outlook |
