In the UK today, they are a leading Interactive media and marketing group focusing on the business technology and digital lifestyle categories. A unique opportunity has arisen for a talent sales account manager to join the organisation. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for account managing /maximising revenue from key accounts and developing new clients. The role involves: Responsible for account managing, sustaining and maximising revenues from named key accounts Developing new business accounts Being accountable for and managing quarterly account planning/strategy and pipeline Directly involved in commercial decisions that impact the strategic direction of the site Identifying market trends to grow incremental revenue/commercial opportunities Liaising with other departments (eg Marketing, Editorial, Operations) to manage The successful candidate must have: Previous sales experience Strong online/publishing knowledge Field sales experience ( face to face) Experience with large agencies Experience in selling to clients direct Experience with Blue Chip accounts |
