The position requires online advertising sales experience, experience of working with clients and agencies from small companies to large blue chip organisations. Proven track record in sales, ability to generate new business and win repeat business from existing customers. Ability to create tailored packages with innovative thinking to match customer needs with the product portfolio. Understanding of the online metrics used to sell and deliver campaigns. Professional manner and confident presentation technique. Ability to present to a group of people as well as one-to-one. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to create compelling proposals (verbal and written) for customers. Experience of developing and managing key relationships with agencies and clients. Organisational skills to keep up-to-date prospect lists and accurate client records on database. Enjoys working in a team environment, with results-driven attitude. |
