| Description: | As an experienced Account Director you will have in-depth and demonstrable knowledge of the client services and digital process and the ability to motivate and drive a team of Account Managers to give the highest service to our clients. Ideally, you will have a good knowledge of the telecommunications industry. You will be entrepreneurial in your approach and a self-starter who thrives on working across a number of projects at one time, and are happy dealing with the detail required to smoothly run end to end campaigns. You will have worked across may digital campaigns, from complex websites to banner campaigns and virals. You will be articulate with superb communication skills, innovative in your thinking and be able to question where necessary. Your work style will enable you to happily balance between working self sufficiently while working within a team. You need to be passionate about your work and have an interest in marketing and brands. This is an exciting time to join the team, as the account is continually growing, there will be plenty of opportunities to grow professionally and personally. Experience summary: Strategic - be the strategic champion for your clients, able to take briefs from senior level contacts and challenge where appropriate. Write strategic responses to briefs. Client Service - ensure total client satisfaction with the team and campaign work produced and be able to build strong client relationships. Management - manage and motivate other members Senior Account Managers, Account Managers, Account Executives, creative teams, studio etc. Financial take ultimate responsibility for billing, estimating, forecast management.
